摘 要:为减少矿产资源勘查开发对环境造成的扰动和破坏,介绍了绿色勘查钻探泥浆净化技术的发展现状,提出绿色勘查钻探泥浆净化思路,根据泥浆净化自然沉淀法原理研制出一种净化式泥浆沉淀箱,在某矿区进行泥浆净化系统应用试验。结果表明,净化式泥浆沉淀箱的应用在净化、节地、节水、节能、经济性方面取得了良好成果,环保性好,可满足绿色勘查钻探需求。In order to reduce the disturbance and damage to the environment caused by the exploration and development of mineral resources,the study introduces the development status of green exploration drilling mud purification technology,proposes the purification idea of green exploration drilling mud,develops a purification mud sedimentation tank according to the principle of natural precipitation method of mud purification,and conducts the application test of mud purification system in a mining area.The results show that the application of clean mud settling tank has achieved good results in purification,land saving,water saving,energy saving and economy,and has good environmental protection,which can meet the needs of green exploration and drilling.
