摘  要:本文基于图像识别技术对电子秤自动检定装置进行设计,实现电子秤检定过程中重砝码加载,示值误差读取计算和检定结论判断的全自动化。该装置依据JJG 539-2016《数字指示秤检定规程》对30kg的电子秤所用的最大20kg砝码进行各方位的自动移动,待电子秤示值稳定后开展图像识别处理计算过程,并最终记录原始记录和输出检定结论。该装置的研制可使电子秤检定过程中无需人工抄写计算,大大减轻了检定人员劳动强度并提高了检定准确度和效率,具有较强的可操作性和实用性。This automatic calibration device was designed for electronic scales based on image recognition technology,achieving full automation of weight loading,reading and calculation of indication errors,and judgment of calibration conclusions during the calibration process of electronic scales.This device automatically moves the maximum 20kg weight used in the 30kg electronic scale in all directions according to the JJG539-2016 Verification Regulations for Digital Indicating Scales.After the electronic scale indicating values stable,the image recognition processing calculation process is carried out,and the original record and output verification conclusion are finally recorded.The device can eliminate the need for manual calculations during the calibration process of electronic scales,greatly reducing the labor intensity of calibration personnel and improving the accuracy and efficiency of calibration,it has strong operability and practicality.
