绍派伤寒名家俞根初治疫思想探析

摘　　要：俞根初是绍派伤寒奠基人,其所著《通俗伤寒论》论述四时外感疾病,提倡寒温融合,包含治疫思想。俞氏提出“三焦赅疫证”,认为疫病感则迅速传变三焦,治从通调三焦入手。书中内容涉及温疫、寒疫、杂疫,主张舌脉合参预判疫病转归,针对性创制新方开达膜原,和解三焦;下法逐毒,通利三焦;寒疫则审时求因,对症立方。同时配合多种外治法以求速功,强调祛邪务尽,善后务细,疫病后期善用鲜药养阴及通风调护。俞氏论治疫病的思想对于现代临床传染病诊治具有指导意义。Yu Genchu is the founder of the Shao School of Typhoid.His book“Tong Su Shang Han Lun”,discusses the exogenous diseases of the four seasons,advocates the fusion of cold and warmth,and includes the thought of treating epidemic.Yu's proposed“Summarize Epidemic Diseases from the Triple Energizer”,believing that the onset of epidemic diseases will develop rapidly in Triple Energizer,so the treatment starts from the general adjustment of Triple Energizer.The book covers warm epidemic diseases,cold epidemic diseases and miscellaneous epidemic diseases,advocating the combination of tongue diagnosis and pulse diagnosis to judge the process of disease in advance,and create new prescriptions to open the membrane source and reconcile the Triple Energizer;uses purgative method to drive out evil in the membrane and regulates Triple Energizer;for cold epidemic,we should examine the symptoms of the season and prescribe a prescription for the disease.At the same time,with a variety of external treatment methods to quickly take effect,emphasizing the treatment should be thorough,follow-up conditioning should be careful,the late stage of epidemic diseases is good at using fresh medicines to nourish Yin,pay attention to the window ventilation.Yu's ideas on the treatment of epidemic diseases is of guiding significance for the diagnosis and treatment of modern clinical epidemic disease.
