摘　　要：透疹一法原指使透发不畅之麻疹均匀布散,后多用于其他出疹性疾病的治疗。文章通过对透疹定义、原理及用药特点的分析,认为透疹意在透发邪气,斑疹是否显露取决于其疾病特点,斑疹出现是其内在气机变化的象征,而非邪气的外出通路。在临床应用时首当辨病种,总结透疹一法适用于诸多温热邪气郁滞于内所致的炎症性红斑等,于出血类疾病并不适用。其次辨病势,谨遵叶氏“在卫汗之可也,到气才可清气,入营犹可透热转气,到血直需凉血散血”之原则,邪尚在卫气营时,尚可以芳香透络、辛凉解肌、透热转气之法透发疹之邪气,待热入血分,便不可再透。The original meaning of promoting eruption is make incomplete erupt measles uniform distribute.Later,it was mostly used in the treatment of other rash diseases.This paper analyzes the definition,principle and medication characteristics of promoting eruption,thought that the promoting eruption is meant to promoting evil factors go away from the human body.Whether macula exposure depends on its disease characteristics,the appearance of macules is a symbol of its internal changes,rather than pathogenic factor ways to leave.In clinical application,Firstly,the type of disease should be identified,It is concluded that the promoting eruption method is applicable to many inflammatory erythema caused by warm and heat evil gas stagnation,but is not applicable to bleeding diseases.Secondly,find out the state of the disease,In accordance with Yetianshi's“Sweating method can be used in weifen syndrome,clearing heat should be used only when qi level is invaded,Heat would be Transferred to qi when it Enters Ying,when in xuefen syndrome,just only cooling blood and dispersing blood.”principle.When evil factors in wei/qi/ying syndrome,we still promoting it go away by use the“fangxiangtouluo/xinliangjieji/induce ying heat into qi phases”methods,but when heat into xuefen,it can no longer be promoted.
