火针治疗高海拔地区睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察火针对高海拔地区睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症的临床疗效。方法:收集睑板腺功能障碍导致的干眼症患者,随机分为对照组与实验组。对照组予0.3%玻璃酸钠滴眼液,试验组在此基础上加用火针治疗,观察治疗前后临床疗效;结果:与同组治疗前相比,对照组与实验组治疗后眼表荧光染色积分(FL)、眼部症候评分、眼表疾病指数评分(OSDI)均较前降低(P<0.05),泪液分泌量(SIt)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)均较前升高(P<0.05),治疗后试验组与对照组相比,SIt、BUT均明显升高(P<0.05);眼部症候积分、FL、OSDI均下降明显(P<0.05)。结论:火针对高海拔地区因睑板腺功能障碍导致的干眼治疗有效,且联合治疗的临床疗效优于单纯玻璃酸钠滴眼液。OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of fire for blepharospasm dysfunction dry eye at high altitude.Methods:Patients with dry eye due to blepharosphenoid gland dysfunction were collected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was given 0.3%sodium vitrate eye drops,and the experimental group was treated with fire needle on this basis,and the clinical efficacy was observed before and after the treatment;results:compared with the same group before treatment,the ocular surface fluorescence staining score(FL),ocular symptomatic score,and ocular surface disease index score(OSDI)of the control group and the experimental group were lower than before after the treatment(P<0.05),and the amount of tear secretion(SIt)and the tear film break-up time(BUT)were higher than before.BUT)were all higher than before(P<0.05),and SIt and BUT were significantly higher in the experimental group compared with the control group after treatment(P<0.05);the ocular symptom score,FL,and OSDI were all decreased significantly(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Fire is effective in the treatment of dry eye due to blepharoplasty dysfunction at high altitude,and the clinical efficacy of the combined treatment is better than that of sodium vitrate eye drops alone.
