摘　　要：竹林寺女科是江浙中医妇科的重要流派之一,其学术思想流传发展至今,影响深远。《竹林寺女科证治》包括调经、安胎、保产、求嗣四部分内容,通过研读《竹林寺女科证治》调经篇,总结其学术特色:善于运用不同辨证方法明确病机;诊治月经病注重“补脾胃,养气血”,次重“肝肾冲任,有热无热”;选方精妙,异病同治;方药善用四物汤随证加减,汤药与丸散剂并用。从中研习借鉴,可进一步指导现代临床月经病的治疗。The Zhulinsi Nvke Zhengzhi is one of the important schools of TCM gynecology in Jiangsu and Zhejiang Province.Its academic thought has been handed down thousands of years and has spread and developed until today,with far-reaching influence.The book includes four parts:regulating menstruation,tocolysis,ensuring childbirth,and seeking inheritance.Through studying the regulating menstruation chapter,summarizes its academic characteristics:using different syndrome differentiation methods to clarify the pathogenesis;The diagnosis and treatment of menstrual diseases focus on“tonifying the spleen and stomach,nourishing qi and blood”,and secondly to focus on the“liver and kidney Chongren,as well as with or without heat”;The prescription selection is very ingenious which is treating different diseases with the same therapy.Prescriptions are effective in using Siwu Tang and modification according to symptoms.Decoction and pill powder are used together.We hope to learn from it and further guide the treatment of modern clinical menstrual diseases.
