摘  要:根据炉辊在立式退火炉的受力特点,通过具体的分析和计算对炉辊参数和电机功率进行设计,并通过实例对设计方法的正确性进行了验证。结果表明,设计方法合理,可以为同类机组的设计提供有效参考,对于生产线的稳定运行、提高产品质量、降低投资成本有着重要意义。Based on the force characteristics of furnace roller in vertical annealing furnaces, the furnace roller parameters and motor power were designed through the specific analysis and calculation. The correctness of the design method was verified through examples. The verification results showed that the design method was reasonable and can provided the effective references for the design of similar lines,which is of great significance for the stable operation of production lines, improving product quality, and reducing investment costs.
