摘  要:介绍了一种铝合金熔化炉面向双碳目标开发的新炉型——混合动力熔化炉及S-MIC纯电熔化炉,通过新、旧炉型各类数据的对比表明新炉型有望成为2030年碳达峰任务不可或缺的设备。强调为实现2060年碳中和目标,应该加快推进清洁能源和电能替代化石能源等燃料,并事先做好相关调研及导入准备工作。A new type of aluminum alloy melting furnace developed for the dual carbon target is introduced, which is hybrid power melting furnace and S-MIC pure electric melting furnace. Various data are compared between the new and old furnace types. The results show that the new furnace type is expected to become an indispensable equipment for the carbon peak task by 2030. And it is emphasized that in order to achieve the carbon neutrality goal by 2060, efforts should be made to accelerate the use of clean energy and electricity to replace fossil fuels and other fuels, and the relevant research and preparation work for introduction should be done in advance.
