包铝层损伤对铝合金耐蚀性的影响

摘  要:采用电子背散射衍射研究了包铝层与7075铝合金基体界面的特征。对包铝层未穿透和穿透的7075铝合金试样进行了盐雾腐蚀试验,随后采用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜检测了试样的形貌。结果表明:包铝层与铝合金基体为冶金结合;盐雾腐蚀试验336 h后,包铝层未穿透的试样发生了均匀腐蚀,无局部缺陷;盐雾腐蚀168 h后,包铝层穿透的试样发生了点蚀,说明包铝层穿透的铝合金耐蚀性降低。The feature of interface between the aluminum clad and the 7075 aluminum alloy substrate was investigated by electron back scatted diffraction(EBSD).The salt spray corrosion tests were performed on the 7075 aluminum alloy samples on which the aluminum clad was through and not through.After this,the morphology of the samples were detected via optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results indicated that(a)the aluminum clad was metallurgically bonded to the aluminum alloy substrate;(b)after salt spray corrosion test for 336 h,the sample on which the aluminum clad was not through exhibited uniform corrosion and no local defect;and(c)after salt spray corrosion test for 168 h,the sample on which the aluminum clad was through exhibited pitting corrosion,showing that the aluminum alloy on which aluminum clad was through decreased in corrosion resistance.
