发热门诊开设后急诊护理人员工作压力源与焦虑抑郁、自我效能及应对方式的相关性研究

摘  要:目的探讨发热门诊开设后急诊护理人员工作压力源与焦虑抑郁、自我效能及应对方式的相关性。方法选取2019年12月至2023年3月就职于厦门市海沧医院的40名护理人员作为研究对象,其中20名来自急诊发热门诊的护理人员作为试验组,20名来自非急诊科的护理人员作为对照组,采用护士工作压力源量表、焦虑抑郁量表、一般自我效能感量表和简易应对方式量表对两组护理人员在发热门诊开设后进行问卷调查,根据评估结果分析其相关性及影响因素。结果试验组的压力源量表总得分、焦虑抑郁量表评分、简易应对方式量表中总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的自我效能得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相关性分析结果显示,急诊科护士压力源与发热门诊开设后的焦虑(r=0.821,P=0.016)、抑郁(r=0.802,P=0.021)呈正相关,与自我效能(r=-0.782,P=0.032)、简易应对方式(r=-0.718,P=0.026)呈负相关。结论运用科学的理论和实践指导急诊科护士应对此类突发公共卫生事件,针对不同时期护士的压力来源,医院管理者和护士自身需要采用不同的应对措施,只有两者互相结合,才能有效地解决急诊科护士的压力,从而提升护理质量。Objective To explore the correlation between job stressors and anxiety,depression,self-efficacy and coping style of emergency nurses after the establishment of fever clinic.Methods A total of 40 nurses working in Xiamen Haicang Hospital from December 2019 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.Among them,20 nurses from Emergency Fever Clinic were selected as the experimental group,and 20 nurses from non-Emergency Department were selected as the control group.The nurses'job stressors scale,anxiety and depression scale,general self-efficacy scale and simple coping style scale were used to investigate the nurses of two groups after the establishment of fever clinic,and the correlation and influencing factors were analyzed according to the evaluation results.Results The total score of the stressor scale,the anxiety and depression scale,and the total score of the simple coping style scale of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-efficacy score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the stressors of nurses from Emergency Department were positively correlated with anxiety(r=0.821,P=0.016)and depression(r=0.802,P=0.021)after the establishment of fever clinic,and negatively correlated with self-efficacy(r=-0.782,P=0.032),and simple coping style(r=-0.718,P=0.026).Conclusion Scientific theory and practice were used to guide nurses from Emergency Department to deal with such public health emergencies.Hospital managers and nurses themselves need to adopt different coping measures according to the pressure sources of nurses in different periods.Only the combination of the two can effectively solve the pressure of nurses from Emergency Department,so as to improve the quality of nursing.
