补肾泄浊方联合常规疗法治疗糖尿病肾病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究补肾泄浊方联合常规疗法治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月常熟市中医院接诊的60例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用厄贝沙坦+达格列净治疗,观察组应用厄贝沙坦+达格列净+补肾泄浊方治疗。对比两组患者治疗有效率、治疗前后血糖及肾功能指标变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血糖相关指标低于对照组,肾功能指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病肾病患者采取厄贝沙坦+达格列净+补肾泄浊方治疗,可改善患者的各项指标,利于快速预后。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Xiezhuo prescription combined with conventional therapy on diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 60 diabetic nephropathy patients admitted to Changshu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with irbesartan+daglizin,and the observation group was treated with irbesartan+daglizin+Bushen Xiezhuo prescription.The treatment efficiency rate and the changes of blood glucose and renal function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05).After treatment,blood glucose related indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and renal function indexes were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetic nephropa-thy,irbesartan+dagliazin+Bushen Xiezhuo prescription can improve various indicators of patients,and is conducive to rapid prognosis.
