参芪地黄汤对糖尿病肾病的疗效及对血糖变化及肾功能变化的影响

摘　　要：目的探究参芪地黄汤对糖尿病肾病的疗效及对血糖变化及肾功能变化的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2023年1月龙岩市第二医院治疗的100例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,以随机抽签法分为研究组和对照组,每组50例。予对照组患者常规治疗,予研究组患者常规治疗基础上增加参芪地黄汤治疗,比较分析两组患者的血糖变化、肾功能变化以及治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗前的血肌酐、肾小球滤过率、血尿酸值对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05),治疗后研究组患者的肾小球滤过率较对照组上升,血肌酐、血尿酸较对照组下降,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗前的两组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。治疗后两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率(98.00%)优于对照组(82.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芪地黄汤可有效改善糖尿病肾病患者的血糖及肾功能,治疗效果较佳。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on diabetic nephropathy and the effect on blood glucose and renal function.Methods 100 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated in Longyan Sec-ond Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the study group and the control group by random drawing method,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,and the patients in the study group were treated with Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment,and the changes in blood glucose,renal function,and therapeutic effects were compared and analyzed between the two groups of patients.Results The blood creatinine,glomerular filtration rate and blood uric acid values between the two groups of patients were compared before treatment,the differences were not statistically significant(all P>0.05).After treatment,the glomerular filtration rate of the patients in the study group increased compared with that of the control group,and blood creatinine and blood uric acid decreased compared with those of the control group,and the differences was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Comparison of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels between the two groups before treatment showed no statistically sig-nificant difference(both P>0.05).There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose between the two groups after treatment(both P>0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of patients in the study group(98.00%)was better than that the control group(82.00%),and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Dihuang Decoction can effectively improve the blood glucose and kidney function of diabetic nephropathy patients,the therapeutic effect is good.
