摘 要:目的探讨低血糖生成指数(Low Glycemic Index,LGI)饮食对初发肥胖2型糖尿病(Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,T2DM)体质量、血脂、血糖和膳食结构的影响。方法选取成都高新区石羊社区卫生服务中心和成都高新区中和社区卫生服务中心于2023年4—6月收治的130例初发肥胖2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为LGI组和对照组。比较两组患者干预前后的体质量、体质指数(Body Mass Index,BMI)、血糖、血脂指标及膳食结构。结果干预3个月后,LGI组的体质指数和体质量较对照组显著降低,分别为(26.84±1.20)kg/m2和(73.85±7.67)kg,差异有统计学意义(t=7.557、2.124,P均<0.05)。LGI组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白和血脂指标也显著优于对照组,LGI饮食组的每日能量摄入、脂肪供能比、油和盐的摄入与对照组相比显著减少,LGI饮食组的蛋白质供能比、碳水化合物供能比、维生素C和膳食纤维显著均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论结合本区域饮食习惯,LGI饮食干预可改善初发肥胖T2DM患者的体质量、血糖和血脂代谢指标。Objective To investigate the effects of low glycemic index(LGI)diet on body mass,blood lipid,blood glu-cose and dietary structure of newly obese type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 130 newly obese type 2 diabetes patients admitted to Shiyang Community Health Service Center of Chengdu High-tech Zone and Zhonghe Community Health Service Center of Chengdu High-tech Zone from April to June 2023 were selected as the study ob-jects,and were divided into LGI group and control group by random number table method.The Body Mass,body mass index(BMI),blood glucose,blood lipids and dietary structure of the two groups of patients were compared before and after the intervention.Results After 3 months of intervention,the BMI and body mass the LGI group were significantly lower than those in the control group,which was(26.84±1.20)kg/m2 and(73.85±7.67)kg,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(t=7.557,2.124,both P<0.05).Fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycated he-moglobin and lipid indexes in LGI group were also significantly better than those in control group,and the daily en-ergy intake,ratio of fat to energy supply,oil and salt intake in the LGI group were significantly reduced compared with control group,and the ratio of protein to energy supply,carbohydrate to energy supply,vitamin C and dietary fiber in LGI group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Combined with local dietary habits,LGI diet intervention can improve body weight,blood glucose and lipid metabolism indexes in newly obese T2DM patients.
