护理干预在妊娠糖尿病患者中的应用效果探究

摘　　要：目的探究妊娠糖尿病患者采用护理干预的临床应用效果。方法选取2021年11月—2023年11月山东医学高等专科学校附属医院收治的80例妊娠糖尿病患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组采取针对性护理干预,对比两组最终获得的护理效果。结果观察组遵医行为和自我管理能力均高于照组,焦虑程度低于对照组,血糖控制效果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在妊娠糖尿病患者中开展针对性护理干预,可有效提升临床护理服务质量以及患者认知度,增强患者的身心舒适度以及配合度,从而进一步提高血糖控制效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 80 patients with gestational diabetes who received treatment in the Shandong Medical College Af-filiated Hospital from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention,and the final nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The compliance behavior and self-management ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the anxiety level was lower than that of the control group,the blood glucose control effect was better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention in patients with gestational diabetes can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing services and patient awareness,enhance the physical and mental comfort and cooperation of patients,and further improve the blood glucose control effect.
