亲情化护理联合多模块康复护理在急性脑梗死偏瘫患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨亲情化护理联合多模块康复护理在急性脑梗死偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法随机选取2021年3月—2023年3月于福建中医药大学附属康复医院接受治疗的急性脑梗死偏瘫患者180例作为研究对象。参照随机数表法将其分为对照组、联合组,各90例。对照组患者接受常规护理,联合组患者接受亲情化护理联合多模块康复护理。对比两组患者干预前后运动功能、日常生活能力、生活质量。结果入院即刻,两组患者的上肢及手、下肢运动功能评分,巴氏(Barthel)量表平均得分,脑卒中专用生活质量量表(Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale,SS-QOL)评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。出院当日,联合组患者上肢及手、下肢运动功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);联合组Barthel量表平均得分(88.74±10.26)分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.188,P<0.05);联合组SS-QOL评分(214.67±20.09)分高于对照组(t=6.531,P<0.05)。结论亲情化护理联合多模块康复护理应用于急性脑梗死偏瘫患者中,有助于优化患者的肢体功能、增强日常生活能力,最终提升生活质量,是一种理想的联合护理模式。Objective To explore the application effect of familial nursing combined with multi-module rehabilitation nursing in patients with acute cerebral infarction hemiplegia.Methods A total of 180 patients with acute cerebral in-farction hemiplegia who received treatment in the Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected randomly as the research objects.They were divided into con-trol group and combination group with 90 cases in each group according to random number table method.Patients in control group received routine nursing,and patients in combination group received familial nursing combined with multi-module rehabilitation nursing.The motor function,daily living ability and quality of life before and after inter-vention were compared between the two groups.Results Immediately after admission,there were no statistically signifi-cant differences in motor function scores of upper limbs,hands and lower limbs,Barthel average score,stroke specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)scores(all P>0.05).On the day of discharge,the motor function scores of upper limb,hand and lower limb in combination group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The average score of Barthel scale was(88.74±10.26)points,which was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.188,P<0.05).The SS-QOL score of(214.67±20.09)points was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.531,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of familial nursing combined with multi-module rehabilitation nursing in patients with acute cerebral infarction hemiplegia is an ideal combined nursing model,which helps to optimize the limb function of patients,en-hance the ability of daily living,and ultimately improve the quality of life.
