基于“肺-肠”轴探讨清热解毒药治疗肺部炎症类疾病的研究进展

摘　　要：肺脏是呼吸系统的主要器官,肺部健康的重要性不言而喻。肺脏与肠道不仅在结构上具有同源性,功能上还会相互影响。调节肠道微生物平衡不仅会影响胃肠道功能,还会影响远端肺部的稳态。清热解毒药具有养阴清热效果,在肺部炎症类疾病的治疗中发挥着核心作用。文章对清热解毒药参与“肺-肠”轴治疗肺部炎症类疾病的作用途径及其功能进行综述,探索肠道菌群对肺部炎症类疾病的潜在调节功能,以期为清热解毒药通过肠道菌群治疗肺部炎症类疾病的机制分析提供基础和支撑。Lung is the main organ of the respiratory system,and the importance of lung health is self-evident.Lung and gut not only have homology in structure,but also influence each other in function.Regulating gut microbial balance not only affects gastrointestinal function,but also affects the homeostasis of the distal lung.Heat-clearing and detoxifying medicines has the effect of nourishing Yin and clearing heat,and plays a key role in the treatment of lung inflammatory diseases.This paper re⁃viewed the pathways and functions of heat-clearing and detoxifying medicines in the treatment of lung inflammatory diseases on the“lung-intestinal”axis,and explored the potential regulatory function of gut microbiota on lung inflammatory diseases,in or⁃der to provide the basis and support for the analysis of the mechanism of heat-clearing and detoxifying medicines in the treatment of lung inflammatory diseases through gut microbiota.
