超声引导下针刀联合侧卧斜扳法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征60例

摘　　要：目的:观察超声引导下针刀联合侧卧斜扳法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2022年1月至2022年12月60例第三腰椎横突综合征患者。采用超声引导下针刀联合侧卧斜扳法治疗,7 d为一个疗程,共治疗3个疗程,记录治疗前、首个疗程结束后以及3个疗程结束后疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、下腰痛日本骨科协会(JOA)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)以及炎症因子水平。结果:患者结束3个疗程治疗后VAS评分为(1.16±0.22)分,JOA评分为(26.30±1.38)分,ODI评分为(8.56±1.14)分,炎症因子水平超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)为(3.09±0.51)mg/L、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)为(27.76±4.56)pg/mL、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)为(15.30±3.36)ng/mL,临床有效率为91.67%,各数据差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下针刀联合侧卧斜扳法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征具有诊疗优势,操作可视化,疗效明显,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided acupuncture knife and lateral reclining method in the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Methods:60 patients with the third lumbar transverse process syndrome from January 2022 to December 2022 was analyzed.Ultrasound-guided needle knife combined with lateral lateral therapy,7 d for one course of treatment,the simulated visual analogue scale(VAS)score of pain,low back pain JOA score,Oswestry disability index(ODI),and the level of inflammatory factors were recorded.Results:The VAS scores were(1.16±0.22)points,JOA scores were(26.30±1.38)points,ODI scores were(8.56±1.14)points,inflammatory factor hs-CRP(3.09±0.51)mg/L,IL-6(27.76±4.56)pg/mL and TNF-α(15.30±3.36)ng/mL(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ultrasound-guided needle knife combined with lateral reclining oblique pull method has advantages in diagnosis and treatment,with operation visualization and obvious curative efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
