摘　　要：毛泽东在1959年《党内通信》中提出的“农业的根本出路在于机械化”著名论断,是中国式农业农村现代化早期探索的代表性观点。以农业机械化为中心推进农业农村现代化建设,契合新中国初期国民经济恢复的现实需要和社会主义建设的内在要求,体现了中国共产党人对于中国式农业农村现代化的最初构想和求索,内含严密的理论和实践逻辑,且蕴含发扬历史主动精神、着力解决根本矛盾以及坚持农业农村优先发展的方法论意涵。新时代加快建设农业强国、推进农业农村现代化,必须坚持一体推进农业现代化和农村现代化,兼顾调整生产关系和生产力,在中国式现代化中加快构建新型工农城乡关系,为解决好“三农”问题寻找根本出路。Mao Ze-dong's famous assertion that"the future of agriculture fundamentally lies in mechanization",put forward in The Party Correspondence in 1959,is a representative viewpoint of the early exploration of Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization.Promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas with the mechanization of agriculture as the center conforms to the realistic needs of national economic recovery and the inherent requirements of socialist construction in the early stage of New China,embodies the initial conception and quest of the CPC for the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in the Chinese style,contains strict theoretical and practical logic,and abounds in the methodological connotations of carrying forward the historical initiative,focusing on solving fundamental contradictions,and adhering to the priority of developing agriculture and rural areas.In order to accelerate the construction of a strong agricultural country and promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in the new era,it is necessary to continue to promote agricultural and rural modernization as a whole,take into account the adjustment of production relations and productive forces,and accelerate the construction of a new type of relations between industry and agriculture as well as between the urban and the rural in the course of Chinese modernization,so as to find a fundamental solution to the problems concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers.
