摘 要:坚硬顶板下临空巷道存在着高应力集中、大变形、难支护等问题,以葫芦素煤矿21105工作面为工程背景,分析了坚硬顶板下工作面回采期间上覆顶板破断规律,研究了临空巷道围岩变形机理,提出了临空巷道“顶板爆破+煤柱割缝”联合卸压巷道变形控制方法,采用FLAC3D软件模拟了卸压前后临空巷道围岩应力分布规律。在葫芦素煤矿21105工作面回风巷采取“顶板爆破+煤柱割缝”联合卸压措施后,临空煤柱深基点应力峰值降低36.1%,浅基点应力峰值降低19.1%,试验区域微震日均能量降低67.0%,日均微震总能量降低35.7%,采取卸压措施后临空巷道顶底板移近量减小60.1%,两帮移近量减小41.6%,巷道变形得到有效控制。试验结果表明临空巷道“顶板爆破+煤柱割缝”联合卸压技术可有效降低煤柱应力,减少巷道变形,为坚硬顶板下临空巷道变形控制提供了一种新的治理手段。There are problems such as high stress concentration,large deformation,and difficulty in support in the goaf under the hard roof.Taking the 21105 working face of Hulusu Coal Mine as the engineering background,the breaking law of the overlying roof during the mining period of the working face under the hard roof was analyzed,the deformation mechanism of the surrounding rock of the goaf was studied,and a joint pressure relief roadway deformation control method of“roof blast cutting+coal pillar ultra-high pressure hydraulic slotting”was proposed for the gob-side roadway.The stress distribution law of the surrounding rock of the goaf roadway before and after pressure relief was simulated using FLAC^(3D)software.After adopting the combined pressure relief measures in the 21105 working face air return way,the peak stress at the deep base point of the gob-side coal pillar decreased by 36.1%,and the peak stress at the shallow base point decreased by 19.1%.The daily average energy of microseisms in the experimental area decreased by 67.0%,and the total energy of daily microseisms decreased by 35.7%.After adopting the pressure relief measures,the roof-to-floor convergence of gob-side roadway decreased by 60.1%,and the side-wall convergence decreased by 41.6%,the roadway deformation was effectively controlled.The experimental results show that,the combined pressure relief technology can effectively reduce the coal pillar stress,alleviate the roadway deformation,and provide a new deformation control method for gob-side roadway under hard roof.
