摘　　要：网络体育赛事数据的权益保护是我国体育产业健康可持续发展的重要支撑,但现有保护方式备受争议和诟病。综合运用文献资料法、比较研究法等研究方法,对区块链技术赋能网络体育赛事数据要素保护路径进行探究,指出体育赛事数据保护困境主要表现为法律保护不明确、传统维权机制不足以及数据侵权监管存在缺陷等。因区块链技术特性和体育赛事数据要素保护痛点相匹配,有必要进一步探析区块链技术应用于我国网络体育赛事数据要素保护的可行性。网络体育赛事在表现形式上多以非结构化的数据方式存在,可将其视为赛事组织者及其授权方对其合法拥有的比赛实时数据进行控制和处理的权益,通过哈希算法、联盟链、智能合约、时间戳技术建构网络体育赛事数据要素保护机制,最终实现体育赛事权益机制从版权保护向数据财产权保护的转变。The protection of the rights and interests of network sports event data is important for the healthy and sustainable development of the sports industry in China.By adopting literature review and comparative study,this paper probed into the protection of data of sports events on the network enabled by blockchain technology.It was concluded that the difficulties of data protection in sports events were mainly manifested in the unclear legal protection,the inadequacy of traditional rights protection mechanism and the defects of data infringement supervision.It was necessary to further explore the feasibility of applying the blockchain technology to the protection of network sports event data.Network sports events existed in the form of unstructured data,which could be regarded as the rights of event organizers and the authorized parties to control and process the real-time data of the games they legally owned.Hash algorithm,Alliance chain,smart contract and time stamp technology could be adopted to construct the mechanism of online sports event data protection so that the system of rights and interests of sports events changed from copyright protection to property rights protection of data.
