摘 要:针对空气源热泵在低温工况下运行时存在的缺陷,综合考虑多种影响因素,设计了一种在蒸发器迎风侧部分,增设热回水管道的主动抑霜增效的空气源热泵;以系统中蒸发器部件为研究对象,通过数值模拟软件Fluent,对比分析了管间距、翅片间距、管型及管排数对普通管式翅片蒸发器与提出的新型蒸发器空气侧性能变化影响。结果表明:模拟流域内,新型蒸发器的流域内整体温度上升,流阻无变化,出口温度较普通型蒸发器至少高2℃;综合考虑管间距、翅片间距、管型及管排数的影响后,可选择较小管间距、1.5mm的翅片间距、前椭后圆管型组合多排数管道。In view of the defects of the air source heat pump operating at low temperature,an air source heat pump with active frost suppression and efficiency improvement was designed with the addition of hot return water pipe on the windward side of the evaporator.Taking the evaporator components in the system as the research object,the effects of tube spacing,fin spacing,tube type and row number on the air side performance of the common tubular finned evaporator and the proposed new evaporator were compared and analyzed by numerical simulation software Fluent.The results show that in the simulated basin,the whole temperature of the new evaporator increases,the flow resistance does not change,and the outlet temperature is at least 2℃higher than that of the ordinary evaporator.After considering the influence of pipe spacing,fin spacing,pipe type and pipe row number,small pipe spacing,fin spacing of 1.5mm,front elliptic and back circular pipe type combination multi-row pipe can be selected.
