摘 要:研究了Al含量对齿轮钢20CrMo奥氏体晶粒度的影响。研究表明,当成品Al含量在0.015%~0.020%时,淬火奥氏体晶粒度出现混晶,渗碳奥氏体晶粒度不混晶;当成品Al含量≮0.020%时,淬火和渗碳奥氏体晶粒度均不混晶。因此为了避免齿轮钢20CrMo淬火奥氏体晶粒度出现混晶,必须保证钢中成品Al含量≮0.020%。为了满足这一要求,炼钢过程熔炼成分Al含量最好控制在0.030%~0.050%。The influence of the Al content on 20CrMo autstenitic grain size was studied.The research showed the quenched autstenitic grain size was mixed and the carburized autstenitic grain size wasn't mixed when the product Al content of 20CrMo was between 0.015%and 0.020%;the quenched and carburized autstenitic grain size were all not mixed when the product Al content of 20CrMo was not less than 0.020%.In order to avoid the mixed size of the quenched autstenitic grain,the product Al content of 20CrMo must be not less than 0.020%.In order to meet this requirements,the Al content of melting composition of steel making of 20CrMo was controlled between 0.030%and 0.050%at best.
