摘 要:利用固体原料直接原位合成了粒度D_(10)>1μm、D_(90)<10μm、D_(50)在2~4μm的六面体4A沸石。结果表明,原位合成过程中,钠铝比的变化对原位合成沸石结晶度影响较大:钠铝比在1.6~4.0,随着钠铝比的增加,合成沸石的结晶度呈现结晶度降低趋势。在低钠铝比时,出现合成沸石结晶度最高的情况。结果显示:钠铝比为2.8时,沸石粒度最大,D_(90)为6.86μm,结晶度为69.1%;钠铝比为1.6时,D_(90)为3.26μm,沸石结晶度最高,为72.7%。The 4A zeolite powder with micron standard size D_(10)>1μm,D_(50) between 2 and 4μm,D_(90)<10μm are synthesized from solid materials in situ process.The largest particle size of zeolite A with 6.86 um is produced at the molar ratio of sodium oxide to alumina 2.8,whereas the molar ratio of sodium oxide to alumina is1.6,the 72.7%is the highest crystallinity value.The molar ratio of sodium oxide to alumina has great influence on the zeolite purity and crystallinity value of the synthesized products,but has litle effect on the products particle size,this result is completely different from the traditional theory of synthesize zeolite A.
