烧结机烟气脱硫脱硝系统应急处理焦炉烟气实践

摘　　要：对钢铁企业焦炉烟气输送至烧结脱硫脱硝系统应急处置工艺进行了研究。结果表明,采用该工艺可以完成烟气的处理,保障排放指标的完成,节约了焦炉烟气备用脱硫脱硝设施建设费用,攻克了烧结机烟气和焦炉烟气成分、系统处理量、中间参数控制等技术难点;可在焦炉不停机停产的前提下进行焦炉脱硫脱硝系统定期维护或检修。Emergency response process for transporting coke oven flue gas to sintering desulfurization and denitrification system in steel enterprises was studied.Research shows that using this process can complete the treatment of flue gas,ensure the completion of emission indicators,save the treatment cost of coking flue gas,and overcome technical difficulties such as the composition of sintering machine flue gas and cokeoven flue gas,system processing capacity,and intermediate parameter control.At the same time,regular maintenance or repair of the coke oven desulfurization and denitrification system can also be carried out without stopping the production of the coke oven.
