摘　　要：基于波特的城市竞争阶段理论,文章分析新加坡高等教育与产业结构转型之间的互动逻辑并发现:在要素驱动主导型城市竞争阶段,高等教育适应劳动密集型产业的发展;在投资驱动型城市竞争阶段,“短平快”的高等教育发展态势推动技术密集型与资本密集型产业的发展;在创新驱动型城市竞争阶段,高质量高等教育助力知识密集型产业的创新。在新加坡新一轮产业结构调整过程中,高等教育从多层面发力,通过优化人才培养体系、发挥科研的支撑作用、强调高等教育的集聚效应、提升高等教育国际化水平等举措赋能产业结构的转型,为我国高等教育与产业的互动提供借鉴。Based on Michael Porter’s theory of the urban competition stage,this paper analyzes the interactive logic between higher education and industrial structure transformation in Singapore.The analysis reveals that:in the factor-driven urban competition stage,higher education adapts to the development of labor-intensive industries;In the investment-driven urban competition stage,the developmental trend of“rapid and efficient”higher education promotes the development of technology-intensive and capital-intensive industries;In the innovation-driven urban competition stage,high-quality higher education helps innovation in knowledge-intensive industries.In the latest phase of industrial structure adjustment in Singapore,higher education plays a significant role through various means.This includes optimizing the personnel training system,giving full play to the supportive role of scientific research,emphasizing the agglomeration effect of higher education,enhancing the internationalization level of higher education and other measures.These experiences can serve as a reference for the interaction between higher education and industry in our country.
