城市历史景观视角下的城市遗产保护利用——以德胜门内大街区块为例

摘　　要：城市历史景观这一方法的提出,将城市遗产的保护、管理和规划战略纳入当地发展进程和城市规划中去,其与当代城市遗产的“整体性保护”相一致。德胜门内大街历史片区位于北京中轴线以西的什刹海历史文化街区内,在北京中轴线申遗的大背景下,经时代发展,呈现出一种新旧文化交织,新韵旧风交响的现状。以德胜门内大街历史片区为研究对象,采用城市历史景观等工具,整理归纳片区的历史发展与历史层积,探索城市整体性保护下城市遗产保护利用的有效方式。The proposal of the method of urban historical landscape incorporates the protection,management and planning strategies of urban heritage into local development processes and urban planning,which is consistent with the“holistic protection”of contemporary urban heritage.Against the backdrop of the application for world heritage on the Beijing Central Axis,the Deshengmennei street historical area is located in the Shichahai historical and cultural district west of the Beijing Central Axis.With the development of the times,it presents a current situation of interweaving new and old cultures,and a symphony of new and old styles.Taking it as the research object,using tools such as urban historical landscapes.The historical development and accumulation of the area are organized and summarrzed,and the effective ways to protect and utilize urban heritage are explored.
