摘　　要：为解决选煤厂煤泥压滤系统自动化水平低、人工依赖性强、系统工作效率低的问题,针对新疆某选煤厂煤泥压滤系统进行了智能化升级研究。将压滤机等单机自动化设备与一体化智能管控平台进行数据对接,结合现场洗选工艺以及生产管理方式,针对性地设计了一套适用于选煤厂的智能压滤系统。该系统实现了远程监控、自动启停及自动补料、自动判断结束进料、智能排队卸料、压滤视频联动跟随以及生产统计等功能。该研究基本解决了选煤厂压滤系统管理与控制难题。该研究为选煤厂及其他矿物压滤脱水环节的智能化升级提供了解决思路和参考案例。To solve the problems of low automation level,strong manual dependence,and low system work efficiency of coal slurry filter press system in a coal preparation plant,an intelligent upgrading study is carried out for the coal slurry filter press system in a coal preparation plant in Xinjiang.By connecting the filter press and other stand-alone automation equipment with the integrated intelligent management and control platform datas and combining the on-site washing process and production management mode,a set of intelligent filter press system applicable to coal preparation plant is designed.The system realizes the functions of remote monitoring,automatic start-stop and automatic replenishment,automatic judgement of the end of feeding,intelligent queuing for unloading,filter press video linkage following and production statistics.The study basically solves the management and control problems of the filter press system in coal preparation plants.The study provides solution ideas and reference cases for the intelligent upgrading of the filter press dewatering process in coal preparation plants and other minerals.
