摘 要:本文在含油污泥中掺杂软锰矿热解制备出炭材料,通过XRD、SEM和FTIR对炭材料的官能团、形貌特征和金属负载情况进行表征,并对亚甲基蓝进行类芬顿体系催化降解试验。结果表明,由于软锰矿的掺杂,该炭材料具有催化性能,在35℃温度下,加入196 mmol·L^(-1)H_(2)O_(2)和0.4 g·L^(-1)炭材料,在8 h内对其的降解率可达93.8%。炭材料在降解过程中即刻将亚甲基蓝分解为CO_(2),且其具有较好的稳定性,经过五次循环降解后,炭材料对亚甲基蓝降解率仍能达到91.4%。结合自由基猝灭实验及XPS分析,炭材料/H_(2)O_(2)非均相类芬顿体系降解亚甲基蓝的主要机理为,通过催化H_(2)O_(2)产生羟基自由基·OH,·OH将亚甲基蓝氧化为小分子CO_(2)和H_(2)O,实现对亚甲基蓝的降解。In this work,pyrolusite was doped in oily sludge to prepare carbon materials.The functional groups,morphological characteristics,and metal loading of the carbon materials were characterized by XRD,SEM and FTIR.The catalytic degradation of methylene blue in a Fenton like system was tested.The results showed that the degradation rate of methylene blue reached 93.8%within 8 h when reaction temperature,H_(2)O_(2)concentration and carbon material dosage in the carbon material/H,O,heterogeneous Fenton system was 35℃,196 mmol L^(-1),and 0.4g·L^(-1),respectively.In the process of degradation,the decolorization and mineralization of methylene blue are highly consistent.After five cycles of degradation,the degradation rate can still reach 91.4%,suggesting a good stability.Combined with radical quenching experiments and XPS analysis,the main mechanism of degradation of methylene blue by carbon/H,O,heterogeneous Fenton system was that hydroxyl radicals(·OH)were generated by catalyzing H_(2)O_(2):OH oxidizes methylene blue to small molecules CO_(2)and_(2)O to achieve the degradation of methylene blue.
