摘 要:目的探索牛白藤红外光谱(IR)快速鉴定技术。方法采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对牛白藤原药材进行整体分析。结果获得牛白藤的红外指纹图谱特征吸收峰有:3418,2925,2854,1723,1650,1514,1401,1319,1267,1155,1104,1054,1030,919,811,782,763,664,592,538,520 cm^(-1),并确定1267,1030,919 cm^(-1)为牛白藤镇痛抗炎药效成分熊果酸的红外特征指示峰。各样品IR相似度在0.9003~0.9895范围内,因此拟定牛白藤的IR相似度阈值为0.90。结论牛白藤的FT-IR指纹图谱可为其快速鉴定及质量控制提供科学依据。Objective To explore the rapid identification technology of Hedyotis hedyotidea(DC.)Merr.by infrared spectroscopy(IR).Methods The overall analysis of the medicinal materials of Hedyotis hedyotidea(DC.)Merr.was performed by FT-IR.Results The characteristic absorption peaks of IR fingerprint of Hedyotis hedyotidea(DC.)Merr.were obtained as follows:3418,2925,2854,1723,1650,1514,1401,1319,1267,1155,1104,1054,1030,919,811,782,763,664,592,538,520 cm^(-1).1267,1030 cm^(-1) and 919 cm^(-1) were the IR characteristic indicative peaks of ursolic acid,which was one of the analgesic and anti-inflammatory components of Hedyotis hedyotidea(DC.)Merr..The IR similarity among the samples was in the range of 0.9003-0.9895,thus the IR similarity threshold of Hedyotis hedyotidea(DC.)Merr.was proposed as 0.90.Conclusion The FT-IR fingerprint of Hedyotis hedyotidea(DC.)Merr.can provide scientific basis for its rapid identification and quality control.
