摘　　要：肥胖相关性肾小球病(ORG)是由肥胖引起的慢性肾损伤,如不及时干预,可进一步发展为慢性肾衰竭,甚至终末期肾衰竭。由于其发病隐匿性,临床上常常被忽略。且目前临床上对于该病的诊断缺乏规范的统一标准,国内外专家学者在临床表现的诊断指标上存在不同意见。本文就肥胖相关性肾小球病的临床表现作一综述,为临床制定肥胖相关性肾小球病的诊断指南提供参考,并对减重手术治疗ORG的效果作简要介绍。Obesity-related glomerulopathy(ORG)is a form of chronic kidney injury caused by obesity that can progress to chronic renal failure or end-stage renal failure if left untreated.Due to its asymptomatic nature,ORG is often overlooked in clinical practice.Furthermore,there is currently a lack of standardized diagnostic criteria for ORG,and experts from both domestic and foreign countries have different opinions on the diagnostic criteria for its clinical manifestations.This article provides a comprehensive review of the clinical manifestations of ORG,aiming to assist in developing diagnostic guidelines for ORG in clinical practice.Additionally,the efficacy of bariatric surgery in treating ORG is briefly discussed.
