摘　　要：减重手术是治疗肥胖症、改善生活质量安全有效的方式,因国内减重手术研究起步较晚,针对术后患者健康相关生活质量的研究鲜有探讨。本文对国内外开发的减重手术患者健康相关生活质量评估工具进行综述,概述普适性、特异性评估工具的内容、特点及应用情况,分析不同工具的优势与不足,以期为护理人员准确评估患者健康相关生活质量状况及研发本土化测评工具提供参考。Bariatric surgery is a safe and effective way to treat obesity and improve quality of life.Because of the late start of bariatric surgery research in China,little research has been conducted on the health-related quality of life of postoperative patients.This paper reviews the health-related quality of life assessment tools developed at home and abroad for bariatric surgery patients,outlines the content,characteristics,and applications of universal and specific assessment tools,and analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of different tools to provide a reference for nursing staff to accurately assess the health-related quality of life status of patients and develop localized assessment tools.
