摘 要:烧结烟气循环系统能够减少烧结烟气外排量,起到保护环境与净化烟气的作用。为充分发挥烧结烟气内循环系统的效能及作用,要高度关注烟风管道的设计。作为烧结烟气内循环系统重要的工艺管道,烟风管道的管径较大且介质温度高,在设计安装中具有一定的复杂性和难度。结合烟风管道的结构特点,深度解析烧结烟气内循环系统烟风管道的设计,探究烟风管道科学布置,规格材料选择,荷载、支架布置及保温防腐等问题,丰富烧结烟气内循环系统烟风管道设计的研究理论。The sintering flue gas circulation system can reduce the external displacement of sintering flue gas,play a role in environmental protection and flue gas purification.In order to fully utilize the efficiency and role of the sintering flue gas internal circulation system,high attention should be paid to the design of smoke and air ducts.As an important process pipeline in the sintering flue gas internal circulation system,the diameter of the flue gas and air pipeline is large and the medium temperature is high,it has a certain degree of complexity and difficulty in the design and installation.This article combines the structural characteristics of smoke and air ducts,deeply analyzes the design of smoke and air ducts in the sintering smoke internal circulation system,explores the scientific layout of smoke and air ducts,selection of specifications and materials,load,support layout,and insulation and anti-corrosion issues,and enriches the research theory of smoke and air duct design in the sintering smoke internal circulation system.
