航空导管数控弯曲成型工艺参数对材料力学性能的影响

摘  要:对航空导管数控弯曲成型的弯曲角度、弯曲速度、温度等关键工艺参数进行选择,通过弹性变形区弯矩、外侧塑性变形区弯矩、内侧塑性变形区弯矩分析航空导管数控弯曲力矩,计算航空导管压膜压力,根据计算结果建立航空导管数控弯曲成型有限元模型,并验证模型的可靠性。试验结果表明,弯曲角度和弯曲半径会对航空导管的强度和硬度产生显著影响,较大的弯曲角度可能导致更大的形变,而较小的弯曲半径可能引起局部高应力区域,因此选择适当的弯曲角度和半径可以确保导管在复杂的航空应用中保持结构完整性。此外,成型速度对导管材料的塑性产生显著影响,高速成型会导致更高的应变率、形状的不均匀变化、应力分布的改变以及导管表面质量的下降。通过调整这些工艺参数,可以有效控制导管的硬度,满足不同应用场景对材料性能的要求。The bending angle,bending speed,temperature and other key process parameters of the computer number control bending of the aviation duct were selected.The computer number control bending moment of the aviation duct was analyzed by the bending moment of the elastic deformation zone,the bending moment of the outer plastic deformation zone and the bending moment of the inner plastic deformation zone,and the film pressure of the aviation duct was calculated.The finite element model of computer number control bending of the aviation duct was established according to the calculation results.The reliability of the model is verified.The experimental results show that the bending angle and bending radius have a significant effect on the strength and hardness of the duct.A larger bending angle may lead to a larger deformation,while a smaller bending radius may cause local high stress areas.Selecting the appropriate bending angle and bending radius can ensure the structural integrity of the duct in complex aviation applications.In addition,the molding speed also has a significant effect on the ductility of the conduit material.High-speed forming results in higher strain rates,uneven changes in shape,changes in stress distribution,and a decline in the surface quality of the conduit.By adjusting these process parameters,the hardness of the conduit can be effectively controlled to meet the requirements of material properties in different application scenarios.
