摘 要:在现代环保法规日益严格和环保意识不断提高的背景下,燃煤电厂的脱硝改造已经成为必然趋势。选择性催化还原(Selective Catalytic Reduction,SCR)技术因其高效、经济的脱硝效果得到了广泛的应用。脱硝改造后,空气预热器(以下简称空预器)堵塞问题成为影响锅炉正常运行和脱硝效果的一个重要问题。基于此,对锅炉空预器堵塞常见原因进行分析,并结合具体案例探讨了锅炉脱硝改造后空预器堵塞问题的处理策略。Under the background of increasingly strict modern environmental laws and regulations and increasing environmental awareness,the denitration transformation of coal-fired power plants has become an inevitable trend.Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR)technology has been widely used because of its efficient and economical denitration effect.After the denitration reformation,the blockage of air preheater(hereinafter referred to as air preheater)has become an important problem that affects the normal operation of boiler and the denitration effect.Based on this,the common causes of clogging of boiler air preheater are analyzed,and the treatment strategies of clogging of boiler air preheater after denitrification transformation are discussed in combination with specific cases.
