摘 要:数控机床是现代制造业中广泛应用的重要设备之一,具有高效、精确、灵活等优点,在机械加工领域发挥着关键性作用。数控机床的切削控制能力和机械加工精度具有密不可分的联系,为进一步提高数控机床机械加工精度,从切削速度、走刀量、切线深度等方面分析对机械加工精度的影响,提出加强数控机床切削控制,提高机械加工精度的具体措施,以期为相关工作人员提供借鉴,进而提高机械加工质量。Computer numerical control machine tool is one of the important equipment widely used in modern manufacturing industry,which has the advantages of high efficiency,precision and flexibility,and plays a key role in the field of machining.Computer numerical control machine tool cutting control ability and machining accuracy are closely related,in order to further improve computer numerical control machine tool machining accuracy,from the cutting speed,cutting amount,tangent depth and other aspects of the analysis of the impact on machining accuracy,put forward to strengthen computer numerical control machine tool cutting control to improve machining accuracy of specific measures,in order to provide reference for the relevant staff,and then improve the quality of machining.
