摘 要:针对水工隧洞中常规爆破施工技术中存在的效率低、成本高等施工问题,开展水工隧洞中采用水压爆破技术的研究与评价具有重要的工程意义。依托秦岭输水隧洞工程,通过现场爆破实际监测数据分析评价了水工隧洞中的水压爆破施工工艺、炸药使用量、粉尘浓度、留孔痕迹以及爆破效果。研究表明,水压爆破在水工隧洞开挖中具有广泛应用的巨大潜力,其较常规爆破的炮眼利用率提高了13.3%,爆破后粉尘浓度降低了47.2%。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and high cost in the conventional blasting construction technology of hydraulic tunnel,it is of great engineering significance to carry out the research and evaluation of the key technology of hydraulic blasting in hydraulic tunnel.Based on the excavation project of a hydraulic tunnel,the hydraulic blasting construction technology,explosive usage,dust concentration,hole retention marks and blasting effect of the hydraulic tunnel were analyzed and evaluated through the actual monitoring data and on-site construction process.The research shows that hydraulic blasting has great potential for wide application in the excavation of hydraulic tunnels.Compared with conventional blasting,the utilization rate of blasting holes is increased by 13.3%,and the dust concentration is reduced by 47.2%after blasting.
