化学注浆在引汉济渭秦岭输水隧洞施工过程中的应用研究

摘  要:水工隧洞开挖施工过程中遇到的地下水和松软岩层工程病害问题的治理是输水隧洞工程施工中的主要难题之一。因此,以引汉济渭秦岭输水隧洞工程为背景,针对该隧洞K68+835~K68+851段开挖掌子面及边墙涌水问题,提出采用化学注浆技术进行涌水堵漏处理。首先,对节理密集带2m宽初支进行凿除,准确揭示密集带。其次,给出了涌水堵漏处理区域划分方法、区域注浆堵漏处理顺序以及拱顶、边墙、底板注浆堵漏处理顺序。最后,通过化学注浆技术在引汉济渭秦岭输水隧洞开挖掌子面及边墙涌水问题处理中的成功应用,说明该技术可以做到用于指导化学注浆在输水隧洞施工过程中涌水堵漏处理,为今后类似输水隧洞工程中的涌水堵漏处理提供借鉴。It is one of the main problems in the construction of hydraulic tunnel to control the engineering diseases of groundwater and soft rock in the process of excavation.Therefore,in view of the water gushing on the face and side wall of excavation section K68+835~K68+851,chemical grouting technology is proposed for water gushing and plugging treatment based on the background of the Qinling water conveyance tunnel project.First,the 2m wide initial supporting of the joint dense zone was chiseled to reveal the dense zone accurately.Secondly,the division method of water gushing and plugging treatment area,the sequence of regional grouting and plugging treatment of vault,side wall and floor grouting are given.Finally,through the successful application of chemical grouting technology in the treatment of water gushing on the excavation face and side wall of Qinling water conveyance tunnel project,it shows that this technology can be used to guide the treatment of water gushing and plugging in the construction process of the tunnel,and provide reference for the treatment of water gushing and plugging in similar tunnel projects in the future.
