摘 要:当前,各类场馆尤其站房规模越来越大且工期大多紧张,大跨度屋面大多选择钢结构屋面,但大跨度钢结构屋面挠度较大,在大跨度铝板精准下料的问题也就应运而生,针对此类问题,通过三维激光扫描技术将工程实体扫描后建模,抵消施工现场误差,在此基础上按照要求参数化切割、编号、下料,在工厂预制后到施工现场安装,提高大跨度铝板施工精度,保证施工工期。Currently,various venues,especially station buildings,are becoming increasingly large and have tight construction schedules.Steel structure roofs are mostly chosen for large-span roofs.However,large-span steel structure roofs have large deflection,which leads to the problem of precise cutting of large-span aluminum plates.To address this issue,3D laser scanning technology is used to scan the engineering entity and model it to offset construction site errors.Based on this,parameterized cutting,numbering,and cutting are carried out according to requirements.After prefabrication in the factory,they are installed on the construction site to improve the accuracy of large-span aluminum plate construction and ensure the construction period.
