摘  要:文章基于钢筋锈蚀形态探寻了一种新的新老混凝土界面质量检测方法,设计了18组试件,通过对新老混凝土界面进行不同处理(粗糙处理、界面剂的种类、新老混凝土的强度和种类以及粘结龄期)对新老混凝土界面粘结质量的影响进行研究。根据通电锈蚀过程中钢筋的锈蚀速率以及钢筋的锈蚀形态以及双面剪切试验,来判断新老混凝土界面通过不同处理方式后的薄弱情况。Based on the corrosion pattern of steel reinforcement,a new method of testing the quality of the interface between old and new concrete was explored in the article,and 18 groups of specimens were designed to study the influence of different treatments(roughness treatment,type of interfacial agent,strength and type of old and new concrete,and bond age)on the bond quality of the interface between old and new concrete.The weakness of the new and old concrete interface after passing through different treatments was judged according to the corrosion rate of the reinforcement during the energised corrosion process and the corrosion pattern of the reinforcement as well as the double-sided shear test.
