摘  要:为探究水泥水化过程声信号演化特征,采用自制埋入式传感器,结合声发射检测和超声检测手段,对水泥水化过程进行了系统的实验研究。结果表明,超声波幅值的变化规律与水化放热的规律相似,无论是时间划分还是变化趋势都高度相似,这表明超声波幅值可作为衡量水泥水化活动强度的有效指标。此外,声发射检测结果中的累计撞击曲线与电阻率检测结果高度相近,其能量、累计计数等参数均能准确反映水泥水化过程的不同阶段。In order to explore the characteristics of acoustic signal evolution during the cement hydration process,a systematic experimental study of the cement hydration process was carried out by using a homemade buried transducer,combined with acoustic emission detection and ultrasonic detection means.The results show that the change rule of ultrasonic amplitude is similar to that of hydration exotherm,and both the time division and the change trend are highly approximate,which indicates that the ultrasonic amplitude can be used as an effective indicator to measure the intensity of cement hydration activity.In addition,the cumulative impact curves in the acoustic emission detection results are highly similar to the resistivity detection results,and the energy,cumulative counts and other parameters can accurately reflect the different stages of the cement hydration process.
