摘  要:在公路、高铁建设及其养护工程中,乳化沥青技术得到了广泛的应用,因其相比于热拌沥青技术,具有环保及节省能源等优势。乳化沥青胶结料是通过乳化剂表面张力的降低作用,使沥青微小颗粒均匀地稳定分散在水中。这种乳液在常温下具有流动性,可以用于铺筑路面或作为建筑防水材料,从而显著改善施工条件。本文首先从基本概念、分类及优缺点等方面介绍了乳化沥青胶结料,进一步详细介绍了制备原理、工艺及设备,对比了乳化沥不同改性方式的优缺点。然后,阐述了丁苯橡胶(SBR)、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)及水性环氧树脂等聚合物改性剂对乳化沥青性能的影响,并对乳化沥青混合料的经济价值进行了分析。最后,对乳化沥青胶结料及其聚合物改性方法研究作出了相关总结,并对其未来发展进行了展望。Emulsified asphalt technology is widely used in highway and high-speed railroad construction and their maintenance projects,because of its advantages of environmental protection and energy saving compared with hot mix asphalt technology.Emulsified asphalt binder is through the emulsifier to reduce the surface tension,so that the asphalt micro-particles uniformly and stably dispersed in water.This emulsion is fluid at room temperature and can be used for the pavement or as a building waterproofing material,thus significantly improving the construction conditions.This paper firstly introduced the emulsified asphalt binder from the basic concept,classification and advantages and disadvantages,and further described the preparative principle,technology and equipment in detail.Subsequently,a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of different modifications of emulsified asphalt was made,as well as the influences of polymeric modifiers such as styrene butadiene rubber(SBR),styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymers(SBS)and waterborne epoxy resins on the properties of emulsified asphalt were elaborated.Finally,the research on emulsified asphalt binder and its polymer modification method is summarized,and the future development of its outlook.
