摘　　要：对PMC-50*5型氨蒸馏塔进料泵机械密封运行故障进行统计,分析故障主要原因为氨水泵的非驱动端机械密封运行周期短,一般运行周期为15~20 d。机械密封为无压双端面平衡型机械密封,对机泵机械密封损坏的原因进行分析,主要是机械密封动环、静环发生过热造成的。分析PMC-50*5氨蒸馏塔进料泵机械密封故障原因和处理方法,对全厂类似多级泵机械密封维护、维修、改造具有一定的借鉴意义。According to the PMC-50*5 ammonia distillation tower feed pump mechanical seal operation fault statistics,ammonia pump is mainly non-drive end mechanical seal operation cycle is short,the general operation cycle is 15-20 days,mechanical seal is no pressure double end surface balance mechanical seal,the cause of the pump mechanical seal damage,the main reason is the mechanical seal moving ring,static ring overheating.Combined with the mechanical seal fault analysis and treatment method of PMC-50*5 ammonia distillation tower feed pump,it has a certain reference significance for the maintenance,repair and transformation of similar multi-stage pump mechanical seal in the whole plant.
