摘  要:目前大部分电厂除氧器水位调节常用的节流方式,是由凝泵变频控制压力,除氧器水位调节由上水调节门通过节流方式实现,进而改变工况的调节流量,减少局部阻力损失的增加。该种控制方式会增加电厂凝结水泵耗能,并且由于长期使用阀门节流,会造成管路性能曲线改变,使除氧器及凝汽器水位较难控制。为此,以某火电厂660 MW机组为研究对象,对除氧器水位调节模拟量控制系统(MCS)逻辑进行优化,采用在保证凝结水用户最低压力要求(低旁减温水、给泵密封水)的前提下,尽量使除氧器水位调节阀开到100%,用凝泵变频调节除氧器水位。这样既保证了凝结水泵对除氧器水位的最佳上水量,也保证了凝结水泵电耗的最优化运行,使凝结水调整完全采用凝结水变频器进行调节,从而减少凝结水系统的节流损耗。Under the current situation,the common regulation mode of deaerator water level regulation in most power plants is the throttling mode,which is controlled by the frequency conversion of the condensate pump.The deaerator water level regulation is realized by the upper water regulating door through the throttling mode,and then change the regulating flow of the working condition and reduce the increase of local resistance loss.This control mode will increase the energy consumption of the condensate pump in the power plant,and due to the long-term use of the valve throttle,the pipeline performance curve will change,making the deaerator and condenser water level difficult to control.In this paper,the logic of the 660 MW unit of a thermal power plant is optimized as the research object for the deaerator water level regulating modulating control system(MCS).Under the premise of ensuring the minimum pressure requirement of the condensate water user(low warm water,pump sealing water),the deaerator water level regulating valve is opened to 100%,and the pump frequency conversion is used to adjust the water level of the condensate pump.This not only ensures the optimal water amount of the condensate pump to the water level of the deaerator,but also ensures the optimal operation of the power consumption of the condensate pump,so that the condensate adjustment is completely adjusted by the condensate frequency converter to reduce the throttling loss of the condensate system.
