摘  要:为提高一次能源利用效率,针对大庆油田吸收式热泵余热提取工艺进行了改进,采用驱动源和低温热源双向梯级利用热泵工艺,提高了能源利用效率。传统热泵工艺COP为1.7,采用双效梯级利用工艺COP达到2.7。双向梯级利用热泵工艺为耦合蒸汽直拖离心式热泵和蒸汽驱动吸收式热泵对余热余压梯级利用的工艺流程,利用中温中压蒸汽梯级驱动两级热泵,充分发挥了蒸汽的做功能力;同时梯级提取含油污水低温余热,使含油污水温度从35℃降至21℃,传统热泵工艺从35℃降至25℃。综合能源利用效率较传统热泵工艺提高了50%。In order to improve the efficiency of primary energy utilization,the absorption heat pump extraction process for waste heat in Daqing oilfield has been improved by adopting a bi-directional staircase utilization heat pump process with a driving source and a low-temperature heat source,which improves the energy utilization efficiency.The COP of the traditional heat pump process is 1.7,and the COP of the bi-directional staircase utilization process reaches 2.7.The bi-directional staircase utilization heat pump process is a process flow that couples a steam driven centrifugal heat pump and a steam driven absorption heat pump to utilize waste heat and residual pressure in a staircase manner.The two-stage heat pump is driven by a medium temperature and medium pressure steam staircase,fully utilizing the steam's power generation capability.At the same time,the low-temperature waste heat of the oily sewage is extracted in a cascade manner,reducing the temperature of oily sewage from 35℃ to 21℃.The traditional heat pump process is reduced the temperature from 35℃ to 25℃.The comprehensive energy utilization efficiency has been improved by 50% compared to traditional heat pump processes.
