摘  要:为了推进油气生产业务信息化建设,急需开展大型合建站无人值守研究,提高站库数字化管理,提质增效,实现站库整体信息化。对合建站中转油放水站、污水站以及注水站在生产模式上,按集中监控和无人值守模式进行了点位的对比和增补,对压力、温度、流量等点位增加了远传以及控制联锁,考虑了无人值守模式下应急处置方面的点位需求,对应设置电动阀门以及电动执行机构,保证事故状态下的联动。合建站无人值守改造后,可实现减少员工12人,每年节约人工费用180万元。In order to promote the information construction of oil and gas production business,it is urgent to carry out unattended research on large-scale combined construction stations,improve the digital management of stations,improve quality and efficiency,and realize the whole information of station repositories.In addition,the production mode of oil transfer and water discharge station,sewage station and water injection station in combined construction station are compared and added to the points according to centralized monitoring and unattended,and the remote transmission and control interlock are added to pressure,temperature,flow and other points.The point requirement of emergency response in unattended mode is considered,The corresponding electric valve and electric actuator are set to ensure the linkage under the accident state.Even more to the point,after the combined construction of unattended stations,12 employees can be reduced and 1.8 million yuan of labor costs can be saved per year.
