摘 要:针对新疆某油田特有的废热、废水条件,通过对蒸发结晶边界条件确定、二价盐除盐率影响因素及含盐水空气蒸发适应性等多个方面的技术研究,制定了“强制循环反应结晶+空气蒸发浓缩”的废水处理工艺技术方案。有效地利用废热对MVC浓水和软化再生废水的混合液进行蒸发,伴随整个蒸发过程对二价盐进行结晶处理,使这两股原本无法深度处理的污水得以再利用,且回收了部分热能。该工艺技术的应用,在完成水质除硬、除硅的同时,既生产出75%的冷凝水回用于锅炉,又产出氯化钠浓度为18%(质量分数)的盐溶液作为再生用盐供给软化器,解决了稠油开采水平衡的困难,实现资源回收利用,降低软化器的运行成本。其中,污水减排达99%,热能利用90%,热能回收10%。以研究单位现有外排水量及各类费用标准计,每年可产生经济效益约2300万元。In view of the unique waste heat and wastewater conditions of an oilfield in Xinjiang,through technical research on the determination of boundary conditions for evaporation crystallization,factors affecting the desalination rate of divalent salts and the adaptability of air evaporation of saline water,the technology scheme of wastewater treatment process of"forced circulation reaction crystallization+air evaporation and concentration"is developed.The waste heat is effectively used to vaporize the mixed liquid of MVC concentrated water and softening regeneration wastewater,and the crystallization of the divalent salts that accompanies the evaporation process enables the reuse of two streams of sewage that could not be deeply treated in depth and recovers part heat energy.Not only does the application of this process technology complete the removal of hardness and silicon from water quality,but also produces 75% condensate water for reuse in the boiler and and forms the sodium chloride concentration of 18% of the mass fraction of the salt solution to provide as regeneration salt for the softener,which solves the difficulty of water balance in heavy oil extraction,achieves resource recovery and utilization and reduces the operating cost of the softener.Among them,sewage reduction reaches 99%,thermal energy utilization reaches 90%,and thermal energy recovery reaches 10%.Based on the current external drainage volume and various cost standards of the research unit,the annual economic benefit of approximately 23 million can be generated.
