摘　　要：农民是乡村振兴的主体,乡村振兴必须坚持农民的主体地位。凉山彝族地区农村妇女作为凉山彝族地区农村经济社会建设的主力军,在全面推进乡村振兴背景下还存在着以下问题:社会流动滞缓,发展意识滞后于乡村振兴的主体性发展要求;社会教育促进弱,产业发展能力与乡村产业发展主体性要求不相适应;社会参与不足,政治参与不能满足乡村治理的主体性要求;社会地位制约,家庭及社会建设主体性作用未能得到充分发挥。必须高度重视,坚持政府主导和农民主体有机统一;积极应对,提升农村基本公共服务水平;加强组织,重视法治及社会支持,保证彝族地区农村妇女乡村振兴主体性作用的充分发挥。Farmers are the main body of rural revitalization,and rural revitalization must adhere to their dominant position.As the main force of rural economic and social construction in Liangshan Yi ethnic area,rural women in Liangshan Yi ethnic area still face the following problems in the context of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization:slow social mobility and lagging development awareness behind the subjective development requirements of rural revitalization;the promotion of social education is weak,and the ability of industrial development is not in line with the requirements of rural industrial development subjectivity;insufficient social participation and political participation cannot meet the subjectivity requirements of rural governance;due to social status constraints,the subjectivity of family and social construction has not been fully utilized.We must attach great importance to it and adhere to the organic unity of government leadership and farmers as the main body;actively respond and improve the level of basic public services in rural areas;strengthen organization,attach importance to the rule of law and social support,and ensure the full play of the main role of rural women in the revitalization of Yi ethnic area.
