摘 要:随着社会经济的发展,发动机的燃油经济性和排放要求越来越高,对发动机制造商的要求也越来越高。作为发动机的开发者,改善发动机的燃油经济性迫在眉睫。发动机内部功耗主要由摩擦副和功能件的功耗组成,对发动机燃油经济性的影响很直接,占比也很大。通过测试研究附件和摩擦功耗,判断各附件和各摩擦副在功耗中的占比,并进一步改进附件功耗和摩擦功耗以达到改善燃油经济性的目标。With the development of social economy,the fuel economy and emission requirements of engines are becoming increasingly high,and the requirements for engine manufacturers are also becoming higher.As a developer of engines,it is urgent to improve their fuel economy.The internal power consumption of the engine has a direct and significant impact on the fuel economy of the engine.By testing and studying the power consumption of attachments and friction pairs,determine the proportion of each attachment and friction pair in the power consumption.Further improve fuel economy by improving accessory power consumption and friction power consumption.The internal power consumption of the engine is mainly composed of the power consumption of friction pairs and functional components,and the main focus of this paper is to study the power consumption of each component.
