经改良的温针神经触激术治疗腰椎压缩性骨折疼痛的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察经改良的温针神经触激术治疗腰椎压缩性骨折疼痛的临床效果。方法:选取2023年1—11月遵义市习水县中医医院收治的腰椎压缩性骨折患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组采用经改良的温针神经触激术治疗,对照组采用传统温针疗法。比较两组疼痛程度、炎性因子水平以及治疗效果。结果:治疗后1d,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后30d,对照组VAS评分低于治疗前,观察组VAS评分低于治疗前与治疗后1d,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037)。结论:经改良的温针神经触激术治疗腰椎压缩性骨折疼痛的临床效果显著,可缓解患者疼痛,降低炎性因子水平。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified warm needle nerve contact therapy for lumbar compression fracture pain.Methods:A total of 60 patients with lumbar compression fracture were selected as the research objects at Xishui County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zunyi City from January to November 2023,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with modified warm needle nerve stimulation,and the control group was treated with traditional warm needle therapy.The pain degree,inflammatory factor level and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results:1 day after treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).30 days after treatment,the VAS score of the control group was lower than before treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than before treatment and 1 day after treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of interleukin-6 in the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037).Conclusion:The modified warm needle nerve contact therapy has remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of lumbar compression fracture pain,which can relieve pain and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
