优质护理在急性糜烂性胃炎患者护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析优质护理在急性糜烂性胃炎患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月滨州医学院附属医院收治的急性糜烂性胃炎患者86例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上开展优质护理。比较两组心理状态与舒适度。结果:护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组生理、心理、环境、社会文化评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理在急性糜烂性胃炎患者护理中的应用效果显著,能改善患者心理状态,提高舒适度。Objective:To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing in patients with acute erosive gastritis.Methods:A total of 86 patients with acute erosive gastritis were selected as the research objects at the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from January 2020 to December 2022,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing based on the control group.The psychological state and comfort level of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the physiological,psychological,environmental and sociocultural scores of the two groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high-quality nursing in patients with acute erosive gastritis can improve the psychological state and comfort level.
